Creative designer & thinker: Though learning is rooted in research, statistics, and theories it is wide open to creative development and delivery. A desire to have and share a point of view, the ability to create innovative learning assets, and an interest in emerging trends will bring this position to the next level.
Technical: Experience with visual design and multimedia is important. This position will be working within technical software, tool, and/or app for 95% of the time. A common knowledge of different industry design tools, learning management systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft suit programs is needed. Experience with Articulate 360 apps and HTML would be preferred.
Detail-oriented with a big picture view: With multiple moving elements a strong attention to detail is a must but does not hinder the ability to see the big picture to success.
Entrepreneurial spirit / self-motivated: With a small agile team, each team member makes an impact and difference in our success and client experience. Each member is driven to review, improve, and grow the organization. Everyone has a voice and is encouraged to offer ideas and to innovate.
Learner: An educational degree in a relevant area, technical certificates, and/or relevant work experience is important. As a training organization, we are looking for a candidate that will continue their professional growth throughout their career with a willingness to learn about new and emerging technologies.
Strong communication skills: Solid written and verbal communication skills are required.
