The Latimer Group is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to help manage critical internal operations and logistical needs. This role will be full -time and will report to the Senior Operations Manager, and work in partnership with our entire team including the CEO and both Managing Directors.
Specific Responsibilities:
Logistical Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule.
Manage scheduling all of Latimer executive coaching sessions.
Manage process of all Latimer executive coaching projects.
Manage scheduling of business development meetings/calls.
Manage scheduling of all internal team meetings.
Office Management:
Manage and maintain office supplies.
Manage office vendor relationships.
Workshop Materials: Print and ship workshop materials for client engagements.
Support Operations and Business Development Teams on database maintenance and management.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be responsive and be willing and able to fit into a high-functioning successful team.
Additional Expectations:
This role will work in a hybrid environment, primarily from home, but with some required office time. Reasonable commuting distance from Wallingford, CT is recommended and preferred.
